Start at the Rapla Town Hall located at Tallinna 1, Rapla. Head south on Tallinna street towards the intersection with Pika street. Turn left onto Pika street and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kooli street. Turn right onto Kooli street, and after about 300 meters, you will see Vabadussõja mälestussammas (the War Memorial) on your left side at the address Rapla, 79513 Rapla County.

From the Rapla Bus Station, take bus number 4 towards 'Kohila' and get off at the 'Kooli' stop. After exiting the bus, walk back along the road for about 100 meters, then turn left onto Kooli street. Vabadussõja mälestussammas will be located on your left side after approximately 200 meters.
