If you are starting from the Meskel Square area, head northeast on Meskel Square towards Churchill Avenue. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Africa Avenue. Turn left onto Africa Avenue and walk for approximately 1 kilometer. The Red Terror Martyrs' Memorial Museum will be on your left side, just past the intersection with Bole Road.

From the National Museum of Ethiopia, exit the museum and turn right onto Aregawi Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Africa Avenue. Turn left onto Africa Avenue and continue for about 500 meters. The museum will be on your right, just after the intersection with Bole Road.

If you are near the Mercato area, you can catch a minibus heading towards Kirkos. Board a minibus that displays 'Kirkos' or 'Bole' on its front. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Red Terror Martyrs' Memorial Museum. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the museum will be within a short walking distance from the bus stop.

If you are coming from the Addis Ababa University, exit the university and head south on Arada Road towards Africa Avenue. Continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach Africa Avenue.
