Getting There

Walking
Start from the Aksum Obelisk, which is a well-known landmark in Axum. From the obelisk, head east along the main road (Aksum Main Street). Walk for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading towards Akisum Town. Continue on this road, which is well-marked. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will enter Akisum Town. Photo Diary Aksum is located on your right side at the heart of the town. Look for the signage indicating the location.
