From Debre Libanos Monastery, drive south on the main road (Ethiopia 3) for about 2 kilometers. Look for a sign on the right indicating the direction to the View Point. Turn right and follow the dirt road for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area near the View Point. The area is well-marked, and you should be able to see the viewpoint from your car.

Public Transportation
From Debre Libanos Monastery, you can catch a local minibus heading towards Abaro. These minibuses typically leave from the main bus stop near the monastery. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the View Point. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the nearest drop-off point, you will need to walk approximately 500 meters along a dirt path to reach the View Point. Be aware that the minibuses may not run frequently, so check the schedule or ask locals for timing.

If you prefer to walk from Debre Libanos Monastery, start by heading south down the main road for about 2 kilometers. After 2 kilometers, turn right at the sign for View Point and continue walking on the dirt road for about 1 kilometer. This route is scenic, but be prepared for uneven terrain. It will take approximately 30-40 minutes to reach the View Point on foot.
