Walking
Start at the Dire Dawa Railway Station. From the station, head south on Bole Road for about 1.2 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with HVRP+G4H. Turn left onto HVRP+G4H and proceed for another 500 meters. You should see signs or paths leading towards Diredhawa Cliff on your right. Follow these paths, as they will guide you directly to the cliff area.
Bicycle
Begin your journey at the Dire Dawa City Center. Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Ride east on Bole Road, which will take you through some scenic areas. After approximately 3 kilometers, turn left onto HVRP+G4H. Continue riding for about 1 kilometer until you spot the entrance to Diredhawa Cliff. Make sure to lock your bicycle before exploring the area.
Public Transport (Bus or Minibus)
From your accommodation in Dire Dawa, locate a local minibus heading towards the HVRP+G4H area. Board the bus and inform the driver of your destination, Diredhawa Cliff. It should take about 20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you may need to walk approximately 500 meters to reach the cliff from the nearest drop-off point. Follow any signs you see directing you to the hiking paths.
