Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey in the center of Gondar. Head west on the main road, known as 'Bahir Dar Road'. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection of Bahir Dar Road and 'Gonder - Bahir Dar Road'. Turn left onto Gonder - Bahir Dar Road and walk for another 1 kilometer. You will see signs for Angereb Reservoir. As you approach, there will be a small path on your right leading to the reservoir. Follow this path for about 300 meters until you reach the Angereb Reservoir.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle in Gondar city center. Begin your ride heading west on 'Bahir Dar Road'. Keep an eye out for the traffic as you navigate through the streets. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto 'Gonder - Bahir Dar Road'. Continue cycling for about 1 kilometer. Watch for the signs indicating the direction to Angereb Reservoir. Once you see the small path leading to the reservoir on your right, take it and cycle for about 300 meters until you arrive at Angereb Reservoir.

• Public Transport (Minibus)

  From the main bus station in Gondar, take a minibus heading towards Bahir Dar. Inform the driver that you want to stop near Angereb Reservoir. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach your stop, you will need to walk back along 'Gonder - Bahir Dar Road' for about 300 meters. Look for the small path on your left that leads to the reservoir and follow it for another 300 meters to reach Angereb Reservoir.
