From Nadi town, take a Lautoka-bound bus and ask the driver to drop you off at the Wailoko Road turnoff. Buses run frequently. The bus fare is around $2 FJD. From the turnoff, it's a 3-4 km walk to the mud pools. Alternatively, you might find a local carrier offering a ride for around $2 FJD.
