If you are near the Helsinki Central Station (Helsingin päärautatieasema), exit the station and head towards Kaivokatu street. Walk straight along Kaivokatu for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Mannerheimintie. Cross Mannerheimintie and continue straight onto the path that leads to the Senate Square (Senaatintori). The Alexander II Statue is located in the center of the square, right in front of the Helsinki Cathedral.

From any location in Helsinki, you can take the tram to the Senate Square. Look for tram lines 2 or 3, which both stop at the 'Senaatintori' tram stop.
