If you're driving to Helsinki Cathedral from anywhere in Uusimaa, you will likely take the E18 highway towards Helsinki. Upon approaching the city, follow signs for 'Helsinki Keskusta' (Helsinki City Center). Once in the city, take the exit toward 'Sörnäinen' and continue on Mannerheimintie. Turn right onto Unioninkatu, and you'll find the cathedral at Unioninkatu 29. There is limited street parking available around the area, or you can use one of the nearby parking garages.

To reach Helsinki Cathedral using public transportation, start by taking a train to Helsinki Central Station (Helsingin päärautatieasema). From the station, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take tram number 2 or 3. If walking, exit the station, head towards the Esplanadi Park, and walk straight through the park until you reach the Senate Square.
