Public Transport
Start your journey at the Tampere Main Train Station (Tampereen päärautatieasema). From there, take tram number 3 towards 'Pyynikintori' and get off at the 'Linnainmaa' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk towards the direction of the lake (Näsijärvi) and follow the lakeside path to the Siilinkari Lighthouse. The walk will take approximately 20-30 minutes along beautiful waterfront paths.
Walking
If you're already near the center of Tampere, you can walk to Siilinkari's Lighthouse. Head towards the Näsijärvi lake, following signs for the lakeside promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the junction to Siilinkari. The lighthouse is located on an island, so make sure to check the ferry schedule at the nearby dock, as you will need to take a short ferry ride to reach the lighthouse.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental stations around Tampere. From the city center, follow the bike paths towards Näsijärvi. There are designated cycling routes that lead to the lakeside, where you can enjoy the scenic views. Once you reach the lakeside area, look for the ferry terminal that will take you to Siilinkari. The total bike ride will take around 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.
