If you are in the center of Keskusta, start by heading towards Yliopistonkatu street. Look for the signs pointing towards the Tampere-talo, which is the building where Moomin Museum is located. Walk along Yliopistonkatu, and you will see the entrance to Tampere-talo on your left at Yliopistonkatu 55. The museum is located inside this building.

Public Transport (Tram)
From the Keskusta area, you can take a tram to reach Moomin Museum. Find the nearest tram stop, which is likely to be 'Tulli' or 'Keskustori'. Board tram number 1 or 2 and ride for 2 stops until you reach 'Tampere-talo' stop. From there, exit the tram and walk a short distance to Yliopistonkatu 55 where the museum is located. Note that a single tram ticket costs around €3, and you can purchase it from the ticket machines at the tram stop.
