Merge onto George King Blvd and continue straight. After a short drive, turn right onto C95V (which is also known as Port Canaveral Dr). Continue on C95V until you see signs for Carnival Mardi Gras. There is parking available, but please note that parking fees may apply, typically around $20 per day.
