From any location in Clearwater Beach, head east on Gulf Blvd toward the intersection with Clearwater Memorial Causeway. Continue on Gulf Blvd until you reach the junction with US-19 N. Merge onto US-19 N and follow the signs for Gulf to Bay Blvd. Take the exit toward Gulf to Bay Blvd and turn left onto Gulf to Bay Blvd. Continue straight for approximately 2 miles, and you will find the Welcome to Clearwater Monument on your left at 3350 Gulf to Bay Blvd, Clearwater, FL 33759. There is free parking available on-site.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can use the Clearwater Ferry. Start by walking to the nearest ferry terminal at Clearwater Beach. Take the ferry across the water to the downtown Clearwater terminal. From there, catch the PSTA Bus Route 60, which travels along Gulf to Bay Blvd. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, disembarking at the stop closest to 3350 Gulf to Bay Blvd. The monument is a short walk from the bus stop. The ferry costs approximately $4 one way, and the bus fare is $2.25.

For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Clearwater Beach. Head towards the Clearwater Memorial Causeway, and follow the bike path onto the causeway. After crossing the bridge, continue straight and turn left onto Gulf to Bay Blvd. Follow Gulf to Bay Blvd for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at the Welcome to Clearwater Monument at 3350 Gulf to Bay Blvd. Be mindful of traffic, and wear a helmet for safety. Bike rentals typically range from $10 to $20 for a few hours.
