Car Rental
From Everglades National Park, take the Ernest F. Coe Visitor Center exit and head east on Florida State Road 9336. Merge onto US-1 North and continue for approximately 20 miles. Then, take the exit onto I-75 North (Alligator Alley) toward Naples. After about 25 miles, take exit 49 toward Tamarac and merge onto SW 10th St. Follow SW 10th St until it intersects with Florida State Road 7 (US-441). Turn left onto US-441 and continue to the address: Tamarac, FL 33321. Note that parking may be available at the Wildlife Management Area, but check for any parking fees.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. Once in Fort Lauderdale, board the Broward County Transit bus route 22 towards North Lauderdale. Get off at the stop near US-441 and SW 10th St, then you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the Everglades Wildlife Management Area - Water Conservation Area 2B. Be aware that public transport may take longer and check the schedule in advance to ensure timely connections.

For the adventurous, renting a bicycle is an option. From the main entrance of Everglades National Park, take the bike lane along Florida State Road 9336 towards US-1.
