Car

From Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, head northwest on Janes Scenic Drive. Continue for about 9 miles until you reach the intersection with US-41/Tamiami Trail E. Turn left onto US-41 E and drive for approximately 5 miles. Collier-Seminole State Park will be on your right at 20200 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL 34114. Look for the park entrance sign. Please note that there may be an entrance fee to access the park.

From Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus stop on US-41/Tamiami Trail E, as public transportation options are limited directly from the park. Once you reach the bus stop, you can take the Collier Area Transit (CAT) bus Route 2 towards Naples. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to Collier-Seminole State Park.
