Public Bus
To get to Loggerhead Park from downtown Fort Lauderdale, start by walking to the nearest bus stop for Broward County Transit. You can catch the bus route 40 on SE 1st Ave & SE 1st St. Take the bus towards the 'Hollywood' direction. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at NE 26th St & NE 2nd Ave. From there, transfer to route 11. Board the route 11 bus and ride it for approximately 10 minutes until you reach NE 27th St & NE 37th Ct. Walk east on NE 27th St for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Loggerhead Park, located at 3698 NE 27th St.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops around Fort Lauderdale. Start from the Las Olas Boulevard area and head north on NE 2nd Ave. Continue biking until you reach NE 26th St, then turn right. Follow NE 26th St to the east, which will lead you directly to the beach area. Once you reach the beach, turn left on A1A and continue north until you hit NE 27th St. Take a right on NE 27th St and follow it to Loggerhead Park, which will be on your left.

Start from the beach at Fort Lauderdale, walk north along the oceanfront until you reach NE 27th St. Turn left and continue walking for about 15-20 minutes.
