Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Las Olas Boulevard area, head south on S.E. 6th Avenue towards E. Las Olas Blvd. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with S.E. 5th Avenue. Turn left onto S.E. 5th Avenue and walk until you reach the intersection with E. Broward Blvd. Cross Broward Blvd and continue south on S.E. 5th Avenue until you reach S.E. 4th Street. Turn right onto S.E. 4th Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with S. New River Drive E. Turn left onto S. New River Drive E, and Smoker Family Park will be on your left at 501 S New River Dr E.

• Public Transit

  Begin your journey at the nearest bus stop. If you are near Las Olas Boulevard, you can catch the Broward County Transit bus route 11 at the Las Olas & S.E. 5th Avenue stop. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at S.E. 3rd Avenue & E. Broward Blvd. From there, transfer to route 50 or 60 heading towards the Fort Lauderdale Downtown area. Get off at the stop at S. New River Drive E. Walk south for a few minutes, and you will arrive at Smoker Family Park at 501 S New River Dr E.

• Biking

  If you have access to a bike, start from the Las Olas Boulevard area. Head south on S.E. 6th Avenue and then turn left onto S.E. 5th Avenue. Continue until you reach E. Broward Blvd, then turn left and bike along Broward Blvd until you reach S.E. 4th Street. Turn right and follow S.E. 4th Street to S. New River Drive E. Turn left onto S. New River Drive E. and you will find Smoker Family Park at 501 S New River Dr E, just on your left.
