Car
From the main entrance of Juniper Springs Recreation Area, head southwest on Juniper Springs Road towards Florida 40. Continue for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Florida 40. Turn left onto Florida 40 and drive for about 1 mile. Look for the parking area on your left, which is the starting point for the trail leading to Hidden Pond. There is no fee to park in the recreation area, but be sure to check the hours of operation.
Hiking
Once parked, follow the marked hiking trail that begins near the parking area. The trail is approximately 1.5 miles long and will take you through beautiful wooded areas and along the scenic Juniper Springs. Keep an eye out for trail markers to ensure you remain on track. The hike should take about 30-45 minutes depending on your pace. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and bring water, as the trail can be uneven in spots.
