From downtown Miami, walk to the nearest bus stop for the Metrobus service. You can take the Route 120 bus towards Collins Av & 41 St. After about 30 minutes, get off at the stop at Collins Av & 19 St. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the Holocaust Memorial. Head east on 19th St towards Meridian Ave, then turn left on Meridian Ave. The memorial will be on your right at 1933-1945 Meridian Ave.

Start at the Bayfront Park Metro Mover station. Take the Omni Loop to the Government Center station. Transfer to the Metrobus Route 119 towards Collins Av & 41 St. After about 30 minutes, get off at Collins Av & 19 St. Walk east on 19th St towards Meridian Ave, then turn left on Meridian Ave. The Holocaust Memorial will be on your right at 1933-1945 Meridian Ave.
