Follow FL-528 W for about 10 miles, then take the exit toward I-4 N. Merge onto I-4 N and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 78 for FL-438 toward Hiawassee Road. Merge onto FL-438 W and continue straight until you reach S Hiawassee Rd. Turn left onto S Hiawassee Rd and continue for about 1 mile. Bill Frederick Park will be on your left at 3401 S Hiawassee Rd. Note that parking at the park is free.
