From downtown St. Petersburg, walk to the nearest bus stop on 1st Ave N. Catch the PSTA Route 100X heading towards the beach. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 28th Ave N & Gulf Dr. Transfer to the Route 1 bus at this stop, heading south. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the Coquina Beach stop. Walk east towards Gulf Dr S and you will see Coquina Beach Parking.

If you prefer riding a bike, rent one from a local shop in downtown St. Petersburg. Head west on 1st Ave N towards the waterfront, then take the Pinellas Trail heading north. Follow the trail until you reach the intersection with Gulf Dr in Anna Maria Island.
