Head east on E Jefferson St toward S Adams St. Continue onto E Tennessee St. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto S Monrovia St. After 0.3 miles, turn right onto Famu Wy. Capital Cascades Trail Park will be on your right. There is free parking available at the park.

For public transportation, catch the StarMetro bus number 1 from the downtown area. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at Famu Wy. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.2 miles south on Famu Wy until you reach the park entrance. Make sure to check the StarMetro schedule for any potential fare costs, which typically range from $1.00 to $2.00 per ride.

If you are nearby and prefer to walk, start from the nearest landmark, such as the Florida A&M University campus. Head southwest toward Famu Wy.
