Velda Mound Park will be on your left, just a short walk down the road.

    Start at the nearest Capital City Transit bus stop. Take Bus Route 1 (Blue Route) towards the Bus Terminal. Get off at the stop at the intersection of E Paul Russell Road and Baldwin Drive S. From there, walk south along Baldwin Drive S for about 0.3 miles, and you will reach Velda Mound Park on your left.
