Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving, head toward downtown Tampa. Use I-275 S and take exit 44 toward Channelside Dr. Continue on Channelside Dr for about 1 mile. The Florida Aquarium will be on your left at 701 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. There is on-site parking available, but expect to pay a parking fee, which typically ranges from $5 to $15 depending on the time of day and events in the area.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  You can take the HART bus service. Catch bus number 1, 4, or 7 from various locations in Tampa Bay. The bus will take you to the downtown area. Once you arrive at the downtown transit center, transfer to the Channelside trolley (Tampa Streetcar) which will take you directly to the Channelside area. Disembark at the Channelside stop, and The Florida Aquarium will be a short walk from there. Be aware that a one-way fare on HART buses is approximately $2.50.

• Rideshare

  Using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft is a convenient option. Simply input 'The Florida Aquarium' or the address '701 Channelside Dr, Tampa, FL 33602' into the app. Depending on your starting location, the fare will vary, but it's generally an affordable option for short distances within the Tampa Bay area.
