Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Amiens Cathedral (Cathédrale Notre-Dame d'Amiens), exit the cathedral and head southwest on Place Notre-Dame. Continue straight onto Rue de la République, passing by the shops and cafes. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard de Beauville. Continue walking for about 800 meters until you reach the intersection with Boulevard du Jardin des Plantes. Turn left onto Boulevard du Jardin des Plantes, and after a short walk of approximately 300 meters, you will see Jardin des Plantes on your right. The entrance is located at 60 Boulevard du Jardin des Plantes.

• Public Transport - Bus

  From the Amiens train station (Gare d'Amiens), exit the station and locate the bus stop nearby. Take bus line 5 towards 'Hôpital Sud.' Ride for 5 stops and get off at 'Jardin des Plantes.' The bus will drop you off right in front of the park entrance at 60 Boulevard du Jardin des Plantes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings.

• Walking from Place Gambetta

  If you are near Place Gambetta, start by facing the large roundabout. Head northeast on Rue des Jacobins and continue straight until you reach Rue de la République. Turn left onto Rue de la République and continue to the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Boulevard de Beauville and keep walking straight for about 800 meters. At the intersection with Boulevard du Jardin des Plantes, turn left. You will see Jardin des Plantes after walking about 300 meters on your right.
