From the Angers-Saint-Laud train station, walk north along Avenue Denis Papin, then turn left onto Boulevard du Maréchal Foch. Continue straight, crossing the Maine River via the Pont de Verdun. Once across the bridge, turn right onto Quai des Carmes, then left onto Rue Beaurepaire. The Cité Médiévale is located adjacent to the Château d'Angers, a short walk from the city center. This walk is approximately 20 minutes. There are no tolls or specific access fees for walking to the Cité Médiévale.
