Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, navigate to Bordeaux city center. From Place de la Bourse, head southwest on Rue de la Rousselle toward Rue de la Vieille Tour. Continue onto Cours de l'Intendance, and then turn right onto Rue du Loup. Follow it as it becomes Rue de la Rive and continue straight. Take a left onto Cours du 30 Juillet, and then take a right onto Quai des Chartrons. Continue along the quay until you reach Parv. Corto Maltese. The Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine La MÉCA is located at 5 Parv. Corto Maltese, 33000 Bordeaux. Parking may be available nearby, but check local regulations as fees may apply.

• Public Transportation

  To reach Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine La MÉCA by public transport, take Tram Line C from any central stop in Bordeaux. If you're near Gare Saint-Jean, catch the tram at the station and head towards Parc Bordelais. Get off at the stop 'Cité du Vin.' From there, it's about a 15-minute walk. Head south on Cours de la Liberté, then turn left onto Quai de la Souys. Continue walking along the river until you reach Parv. Corto Maltese. The Frac Nouvelle-Aquitaine La MÉCA will be on your right at 5 Parv. Corto Maltese. Tram tickets cost around €1.70.

• Bicycle

  For a more active option, consider renting a bicycle. Bordeaux has a bike-sharing system called VCub. Locate a nearby VCub station and rent a bike. Cycle along the Garonne River towards the Cité du Vin, then follow the same walking directions from the tram stop as mentioned earlier. This route is scenic and offers a great view of the river.
