From Antibes city center or the Antibes train station, take Envibus line 2 towards 'La Garoupe'. Alight at the 'Fontaine' stop. From there, walk along Avenue Mrs. L.D. Beaumont to reach the starting point of the trail near Villa Eilenroc. A single ticket costs €1.50 if purchased on the bus or €1 if purchased via the Envibus Ticket App. The bus runs approximately every hour.

From Antibes city center or the Antibes train station, a taxi or ride-share to Plage de la Garoupe, near the start of the Sentier du Littoral, will cost approximately €12-€20, depending on traffic and the time of day. The journey takes around 10-15 minutes.
