Walking
If you are starting from the Cannes Train Station (Gare de Cannes), exit the station and head towards Rue Jean Jaurès. Turn left onto Rue Jean Jaurès and continue straight until you reach the Boulevard de la République. From there, turn right onto Boulevard de la République and walk towards the waterfront. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, where the Marches du festival de Cannes is located. The iconic red carpet steps are right in front of the building.

For those coming from the Croisette, you can take bus line 1 or 2 from any of the bus stops along the Boulevard de la Croisette. Ride the bus towards the 'Gare de Cannes' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards Rue Buttura, which is located right next to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. The Marches du festival de Cannes is located on Rue Buttura.

If you are at the Cannes City Centre (Rue d'Antibes), head towards the Palais des Festivals. Walk straight down Rue d'Antibes until you reach the intersection with Rue Hoche. Turn left onto Rue Hoche and continue walking until it leads you to the beachfront promenade. From there, follow the promenade towards the Palais des Festivals. The Marches du festival de Cannes is located at the main entrance of the Palais, accessible via the red carpet steps.
