Getting there

Walking

The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is centrally located on Boulevard de la Croisette, making it easily accessible on foot from most points in central Cannes. From the Cannes train station, it's a short, approximately 5-minute walk. As you exit the station, walk straight down Rue Jean Jaurès towards the sea. The Palais will be directly in front of you as you reach the Croisette.

Public Transport

Cannes is well-served by the Palm Bus network. Several bus lines stop near the Palais des Festivals. Check the Palm Bus website or app for the most up-to-date schedules and routes. A single ticket costs €1.50. From Nice Airport, you can take the Nice Airport Xpress shuttle bus directly to Cannes. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.

Taxi/Ride-Share

Taxis and ride-sharing services like Uber are readily available in Cannes. A short taxi ride from the train station to the Palais des Festivals will typically cost between €10-€15. Be aware that prices may increase during peak season and events.

Driving

If driving, be aware that parking in central Cannes can be challenging, especially during events. The Palais des Festivals has an underground parking garage with 924 spaces. Parking rates vary, but expect to pay around €2.60 per hour. Consider using alternative parking locations and walking to the Palais. Carpooling is encouraged.
