If you are in the center of Colmar, start your journey at Place de l'Ancienne Douane, which is a central and popular square. From there, head southwest on Rue des Écoles towards Rue de la Poissonnerie. Continue straight until you reach Rue Vauban. Turn right onto Rue Vauban. The Musée du Jouet will be on your left at 40 Rue Vauban, just a short walk from the square.

From there, walk northeast on Rue de l'Abattoir until you reach Rue Vauban.
