From Nice, head to Nice Ville train station. You can reach the station by taking tram Line 1 from the city center (like Place Massena) towards Port Lympia. After about 10 minutes, you will arrive at the Nice Ville station. Purchase a ticket to Cannes at the ticket counter or from the automated machines. Trains to Cannes run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Cannes train station, exit the station and head towards Avenue de la Gare, then take a left onto Rue des Serbes which leads you straight to Boulevard de la Croisette. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach La Malmaison at 47 Boulevard de la Croisette.

From Nice, you can take the bus from the city center. Head to the bus stop at Avenue Jean Médecin. Look for the Lignes d'Azur bus number 200 that goes directly to Cannes. The bus ride takes about 1 hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Cannes bus station, walk towards Boulevard de la Croisette. Turn right and walk along the boulevard for about 15 minutes. La Malmaison will be on your left at 47 Boulevard de la Croisette.
