If you are near the center of Nice, head to the nearest tram stop and take Line 1 (the yellow line) in the direction of 'Hôpital Pasteur'. Stay on the tram for 4 stops, approximately 10 minutes. Get off at 'Gare Thiers' stop. From there, follow the signs to exit the tram station.

Once you exit the 'Gare Thiers' tram station, head towards Avenue de la République. Turn left onto Avenue de la République and walk straight for about 600 meters. You will reach Place du Général de Gaulle, where the Libération market is located. The market is situated in the square.

Alternatively, you can take Bus Line 23 from any nearby bus stop in the city center. Board the bus and travel towards 'Jean Médecin'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Libération' stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to Place du Général de Gaulle to reach the market.
