Bus
From the city center of Nice, head to the nearest bus stop. If you're at Place Massena, look for bus lines 81 or 100. Take the bus towards Villefranche-sur-Mer. After approximately 15-20 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Plage des Fourmis'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the beach.
Tram
Start at the Tramway stop 'Jean Médecin' in the city center. Take Tram Line 1 towards 'Henri Sappia'. After four stops, disembark at 'Palais des Expositions'. From there, you can either walk for about 30 minutes towards the beach, or catch a local bus (line 100) heading towards Villefranche-sur-Mer. Get off at 'Plage des Fourmis'.
Walking
If you're near the Promenade des Anglais, walk east towards the port of Nice. Once you reach the port, continue along the waterfront until you reach Avenue des Docks. Follow this road as it curves around the coast and leads you directly to Plage des Fourmis. The walk will take approximately 40-50 minutes but offers beautiful views of the coastline.
