Train
From Nice, head to Nice Ville train station (Gare de Nice Ville). You can take tram line 1 to 'Gare Thiers' stop, which is a short walk to the station. Once at the train station, purchase a ticket for the train to Monaco-Monte Carlo. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 20-30 minutes. After arriving at the Monaco-Monte Carlo station, exit the station and take the escalators down to the street level. Follow the signs toward 'Port Hercule' and walk down Avenue de la Costa. It will take around 15-20 minutes to reach Port Hercule.

From Nice, head to the central bus station, 'Gare Routière', located near the Nice Ville train station. Look for the bus line 100 heading to Monaco. The bus ride takes about 40 minutes, and it offers beautiful views along the coast. Once you arrive at the Monaco bus station, walk towards the harbor by following the signs for 'Port Hercule'. The walk will take approximately 10 minutes.

If you prefer a scenic route, you can take a ferry from Nice to Monaco. Head to the port in Nice, where ferries operate to Monaco. Check the schedule as the ferry may not run frequently. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour and offers stunning views of the coastline. Once you arrive at Port Hercule in Monaco, you will be right at your destination.

If you are staying in central Nice, you can take a leisurely walk along the Promenade des Anglais. Head east towards the Port of Nice. This walk can take about 30-40 minutes, depending on your starting point. Once you reach the Port of Nice, you can catch a ferry to Monaco or continue walking along the coastal path towards Monaco. Note that the direct walking route to Port Hercule is quite steep, so be prepared for a challenging hike.
