From Nice city center, head to the main bus station at Nice Gare Routière (bus stop is near Place Massena). Take Bus 100 towards Menton. This bus will take you along the scenic coastal road. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach La Turbie. Get off at the stop named 'La Turbie - Le Village'. From there, walk towards Route de la Tête de Chien, which is about a 15-minute uphill walk. Follow the signs to Ruines de la Garnison de la Tête de Chien, and you will reach the ruins at 1581 Rte de la Tête de Chien.

Train and Bus
From Nice, take the train from Nice Ville station towards Monaco. Get off at the La Turbie station, which is the nearest stop. Once you arrive, you will need to take Bus 100 from the La Turbie train station to the La Turbie village. After reaching the village, follow the same walking directions as mentioned earlier to reach Ruines de la Garnison de la Tête de Chien, approximately a 15-minute uphill walk from the village.

If you're feeling adventurous and it's a nice day, you can hike from Nice to Ruines de la Garnison de la Tête de Chien. Start at the Promenade des Anglais and make your way towards the hill paths leading to La Turbie. Follow the trail markers that guide you up the hills. It will take around 1.5 to 2 hours of walking, but the views along the way are breathtaking. Once you reach La Turbie, follow Route de la Tête de Chien for about 15 minutes to reach the ruins.
