By Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the city of Lisieux, which is about 10 kilometers from Château de Saint-Germain-de-Livet. From Lisieux, take the D613 road towards Saint-Germain-de-Livet. After about 5 kilometers, turn left onto the D268 road. Continue straight for approximately 3 kilometers, and you will see the Château de Saint-Germain-de-Livet on your right. There is parking available on-site.
By Public Transportation
To reach the Château using public transport, take a train from Caen to Lisieux. The journey takes about 30 minutes, and trains run frequently. Once you arrive at Lisieux train station, take the bus line 20 towards Saint-Germain-de-Livet. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Saint-Germain-de-Livet D268', which is a short walk from the Château. Please check the current bus schedules for any changes. A one-way train ticket from Caen to Lisieux costs approximately €10, and the bus fare is around €2.
