Get off at 'Kehl Bahnhof'. Once at Kehl Bahnhof, look for bus line 243 towards 'Baden-Baden'. This bus will take you across the border into Germany. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at 'Baden-Baden, Merkuriusbahn' bus stop, which is near the Merkur Funicular Railway station.
