Walking
From the Palace of Versailles, head east towards the Rue de l'Indépendance Américaine. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue de Paris. Turn left onto Avenue de Paris and walk straight for about 15 minutes. You will pass through the charming streets of Versailles, filled with shops and cafes. Once you reach the train station, Gare de Versailles Chantiers, look for signs directing you to the RER C train station. Take the RER C train towards Paris and get off at the 'Gare d'Austerlitz' station. From there, transfer to Metro Line 5 (the orange line) towards Bobigny-Pablo Picasso. Get off at 'Gare du Nord' and transfer to Metro Line 2 (the blue line) towards Porte Dauphine. Finally, get off at 'Pigalle' station. Upon exiting the station, you will find yourself at Pl. Pigalle.
Public Transport
From the Palace of Versailles, walk to the nearest bus stop on Rue de l'Indépendance Américaine. Take Bus Line 171 towards La Verrière. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Versailles Rive Droite' train station. From there, take a train towards Paris Saint-Lazare. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Saint-Lazare station in Paris. Once you arrive, exit the station and head towards the Metro entrance. Take Metro Line 3 (the light green line) towards Gallieni. Get off at 'Pigalle' station. Upon exiting, you will find yourself at Pl. Pigalle.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike rental services in Versailles. Start by heading south on Boulevard de la Reine, then turn right onto Rue de la Paroisse. Follow the road until you reach Avenue de Paris. Turn left onto Avenue de Paris and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. You’ll pass through beautiful neighborhoods along the way. When you reach the outskirts of Paris, follow signs for the bike lanes leading to Pigalle. Upon arrival, you can park your bike at one of the bike racks available near Pl. Pigalle.
