From Papeete, head to the main bus terminal located near the waterfront. Look for bus number 11 (or any bus heading towards Mahina). The buses typically run every 30 minutes. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. Notify the driver that you want to get off at Pointe Vénus, which is approximately a 30-minute ride from Papeete. The bus will drop you off near the beach, and from there, it's a short walk to the exact location of Pointe Vénus.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Papeete. Head east along the coastal road, following Route de ceinture. The ride to Pointe Vénus takes around 1 to 1.5 hours. Be sure to enjoy the beautiful coastal views along the way. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Mahina, as you’ll be passing through this area. Once you reach Pointe Vénus, you can lock your bike at designated bike racks near the beach.

Walking
For the adventurous, you can walk from Papeete to Pointe Vénus. Start at the waterfront in Papeete and follow the coastal path heading east. This is a long trek, approximately 12 kilometers (7.5 miles), so be prepared for a 2.5 to 3-hour walk. Enjoy the picturesque views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Follow the road signs to Mahina, and eventually, you will arrive at Pointe Vénus. Make sure to bring water and wear comfortable shoes.
