    If you are in the Old Tbilisi area, start at the Freedom Square, which is a central and easily recognizable landmark. From Freedom Square, head southeast on Rustaveli Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Chavchavadze Avenue. Follow Chavchavadze Avenue until it turns into Aghmashenebeli Avenue. Keep going until you reach the intersection with Samghebro Street. Turn left onto Samghebro Street, and St. George Cathedral will be on your right at 5 Samghebro St. It is a short 15-minute walk from Freedom Square.
