Walking
If you are starting from Bonn Central Station (Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the exit on the south side. Once outside, turn right onto Wenzelgasse. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kaiserstraße. Turn left onto Kaiserstraße. Walk until you reach the intersection with B9. Cross B9 and continue straight onto Thomasstraße. Follow this road until you reach the end, where you will find yourself at the Rhine River promenade. Turn right and follow the promenade along the riverbanks. After walking for about 15 minutes, you will see the Kieler Riese at Anlegestelle Nr. 17 on your left.
Public Transport
From Bonn Central Station, take tram line 66 towards Bad Honnef. Get off at 'Heussallee/Museumsmeile' stop. From there, transfer to bus line 610 towards Bonn Bad Godesberg. Alight at 'Anlegestelle' stop. Once you get off, walk towards the Rhine River, and you will find Kieler Riese at Anlegestelle Nr. 17.
