If you are starting from Cologne Central Station (Köln Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the river (Rhein). As you exit, turn left and walk along the 'Bischofsgartenstraße' until you reach the 'Rheinpromenade'. Continue walking along the promenade, and you will see Rheingarten on your right side.
