Getting There

  • Public Transport

    If you are starting from Düsseldorf main train station (Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the bus stop for lines 701, 704, or 709. Take the bus to 'Heinrich-Heine-Allee.' This should take about 10 minutes. Once you get off at Heinrich-Heine-Allee, walk towards Jacobistraße. The Goethe-Museum Düsseldorf will be on your left at Jacobistraße 2.

    If you are near the Altstadt (Old Town), head towards Burgplatz and walk along the Rhine River promenade. Follow the river until you reach the bridge (Rheinkniebrücke). Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the first major intersection.
