Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from Erfurt Hauptbahnhof (the main train station), exit the station and head south towards Bahnhofstraße. Turn left onto Bahnhofstraße and continue straight until you reach the traffic lights. Cross the road and continue straight onto the Anger. Follow the Anger until you reach the Domplatz, which will be on your right. Look for the large cathedral and the St. Severi Church, which are prominent landmarks in the area.

Tram
From Erfurt Hauptbahnhof, take tram line 1 in the direction of 'Gispersleben' or tram line 3 in the direction of 'Wiesenhügel'. Get off at the stop 'Anger'. Once you exit, walk straight ahead towards the Anger and then turn right onto Domstraße. Continue straight until you reach Domplatz, where you will see the cathedral and St. Severi Church.

Walking from Altstadt
If you are in the Altstadt area, head towards the Krämerbrücke (Merchant's Bridge). From there, walk straight down the street called 'Kramerstraße'. Continue until you reach the end of the street and turn left onto Domstraße. Follow Domstraße straight until you reach Domplatz. The iconic cathedral will be visible as you approach.
