Getting There

  • U-Bahn

    If you're near the Hauptbahnhof (main train station), take the U-Bahn Line U5 towards Preungesheim. Get off at the next stop, which is Hauptwache. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the exit, and you'll find yourself in the bustling area of Hauptwache.

  • Tram

    From the Römer area, you can take Tram Line 11 or 12 from the Römer tram stop towards Südbahnhof. Get off at the Hauptwache stop. The tram stop is very close to the main square, and you will see the Hauptwache building as you step off the tram.
