Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the street 'Sternstraße'. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see the entrance to St. Pauli See on your right.

If you're further away, you can take the bus. Find the nearest bus stop, such as 'Reeperbahn', and take bus line 112 towards 'HafenCity'. Get off at 'Sternstraße' stop.
