Continue on B244 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the parking area at the Brockenbahn station (Brocken Railway), where you can park your car. Note that the parking fee is around 5 euros per day. From the parking area, you can take the Brockenbahn (a narrow-gauge steam train) to the Brocken summit, from where the Brocken Garden is a short walk. The train ride costs about 27 euros one way.

  • Public Transportation

    If you prefer public transportation, take a regional train to Wernigerode from major cities like Hannover or Göttingen. Once in Wernigerode, head to the Brockenbahn station located near the city center. Purchase a ticket for the Brockenbahn, which will take you directly to the Brocken summit. The train runs several times a day, and the journey takes about 1 hour. After arriving at the summit, follow the signs to Brocken Garden, which is a 15-minute walk from the train station.
