Messe' or tram line 10 towards 'Leipzig, Lößnig'. After 5 stops, get off at 'Markt'. From the tram stop, walk east on Grimmaische Str. until you reach the intersection with Goethestraße. Turn left onto Goethestraße, and the Egyptian Museum will be on your right at Goethestraße 2.
