Getting There

• Public Transport

  If you're starting from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof (the main train station), take the S-Bahn line S7 towards Ahrensfelde. After approximately 35 minutes, get off at the Friedrichstraße station in Berlin. From Friedrichstraße, transfer to U-Bahn line U6 (the orange line) at the Friedrichstraße station. Ride the U6 towards Alt-Tegel and get off after 2 stops at the Stadtmitte station. Once you exit the station, head south on Friedrichstraße, then turn right onto Charlottenstraße. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Antiquariat & Kunsthandel Gaston Düssel at Charlottenstraße 53-54.

• Bus

  From Potsdam, take bus line 605 from the Potsdam Hauptbahnhof bus station towards Berlin. Get off at the S-Bahnhof Griebnitzsee stop after about 10 minutes. From there, transfer to S-Bahn line S7 towards Ahrensfelde. After about 25 minutes, get off at the Friedrichstraße station in Berlin. From Friedrichstraße, walk to U-Bahn line U6 at the same station and take it towards Alt-Tegel. Get off after 2 stops at Stadtmitte. Exit the station and walk south on Friedrichstraße, turn right onto Charlottenstraße, and walk for about 5 minutes to reach Antiquariat & Kunsthandel Gaston Düssel.

• Walking

  If you're already in central Potsdam and prefer to walk, head towards the Potsdam Hauptbahnhof first. From there, you can follow the previous public transport instructions. However, keep in mind that walking to Berlin will take approximately 1-1.5 hours. You can walk along the scenic paths leading to the S-Bahn station at Griebnitzsee and then follow the public transport options listed above.
